Degrees

Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies (BACS): Combines theological education with the history of Western thought in order to develop the intellectual and spiritual maturity of every graduate. The degree prepares students to serve God and others in whatever chosen vocation, including Christian ministries, through worldview development and biblical studies.

Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Studies (BAICS): Prepare graduates for effective Kingdom ministry all over the world. Specifically, this degree trains students to successfully traverse nations’ cultural and religious borders for effective Christian witness in ministry or the international marketplace.

Bachelor of Music in Worship Studies (BAWS): A comprehensive music degree that is supported by a program of worship, theological and general studies. This degree is structured to develop musicians who will utilize their talent to serve and lead in church or mission settings.

This is an intensive and comprehensive program that allows the qualified student to complete an undergraduate degree and a master’s degree in just 5 years of full-time study. Students can choose from bachelor’s degrees in Christian Studies or in Humanities, with graduate tracks available for a variety of concentrations through our Master of Divinity and Master of Arts in Christian Education degrees.

Dual Enrollment

Earn college credit before you finish high school

The Texas Baptist College Academy of Dual Enrollment allows high school juniors and seniors to earn high school and college course credit simultaneously by being dual enrolled. Our courses are offered in-person and online for just $105 per credit hour. Dual-enrollment students may choose from a broad range of college courses.
