Inclement Weather Notice

Due to anticipated inclement weather, Southwestern Seminary and Texas Baptist College will be closed on Thursday, Jan. 9, and Friday, Jan. 10. All classes will be held virtually, as will New Student Orientation, scheduled for Jan. 10. The Church Fair, also scheduled for Jan. 10, is rescheduled for Jan. 21 at noon. In accordance with the policy on inclement weather in the Employee Handbook, all full-time employees are expected to work remotely, if possible. Employees should consult with their supervisors. Only essential seminary services will be provided, including Campus Police, the Food Hall (with limited hours), and Facilities. Those who live on campus are requested to avoid untreated surfaces as it will not be possible to clear all surfaces. Please contact Facilities (817.921.8454) for urgent inclement weather needs.
